Carrot Cake

I made this as Auva's birthday cake! Well, first I made a practice run at home with my mom, but the point was to make it for her bday. It turned out amazing. Perfectly moist, not too sweet, and the lemon-cream icing added the perfect amount of tartness. I highly recommend!
